NOTE FROM THE DESIGNER

I created this course for Sales Consultants within the wine and spirits industry; however, it can be utilized by anyone looking to “work smarter, not harder”.

As someone who tends towards right-brain thinking (…and yes, I am fully aware that terminology is not exactly scientifically sound…), I find that I enjoy the ideation/creative process FAR more than organization/logistics.

Hence…why I appreciate the formula S.M.A.R.T. objectives provides.

S.M.A.R.T. objectives keep me focused. Rather than become bogged down by EVERYTHING I need to do…S.M.A.R.T. objectives help me identify my next step.

This way, I consistently move in the direction of progress.
