NOTE FROM THE DESIGNER

The eLearning Process is a great course to check out if you are curious as to how I approach my work.

I built this course as an internal training experience to teach my team how I approach instructional design. I wrote and organized all of the copy, structured the learning flow, curated supporting resources, and developed the full visual style of the course.

My goal was clarity and application. Each lesson covers one step of the process. The information is presented in a consistent format, so learners can build rhythm and momentum as they move through the course.

Visually, I kept the design minimal, clean, and elevated. It supports the content rather than competing with it. I wanted learners to focus on the material while clearly understanding where they are in the process.

P.S. The original version included downloadable tools that I created, including intake forms, mood board templates, and storyboard frameworks. Providing the team with tangible resources to work from helped solidify the material and translate it into real behavior. It also established a consistent framework so both our team and our clients knew what to expect at each stage of the process. Those tools are now part of our proprietary system and are not included here.
